A Delicious Recipe For Stuffed Crab Shell.

 Crab shells can be transformed into a flavorful and delicious dish when properly prepared. Here's a recipe for Stuffed Crab Shells that will surely impress your guests:


Ingredients:

- 6-8 large crab shells, cleaned and pre-cooked

- 1 pound lump crab meat

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the cleaned crab shells on a baking sheet and set them aside.


2. In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, red bell pepper, celery, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.


3. Spoon the crab mixture into each crab shell, packing it tightly and mounding it slightly on top.


4. Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffed crab shells.


5. Place the baking sheet with the crab shells in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.


6. Remove from the oven and let the stuffed crab shells cool for a few minutes before serving.


7. Serve the stuffed crab shells as an appetizer or main dish, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
